Sorry for the long time without any updates, but it has taken time to get to a conclusion and it is hard to write this. We have been struggling to find ways to get forward, but all have ended at a brick wall. This has finally killed our motivation and we have taken some time off to find some renewed inspiration. This has been our pet project for 5 years and we have achieved quite a bit, but so many things need to be solved before we will be able to get to what we want. We have tried to rethink some of the key features and started from ground up and tried different approaches, but every effort to make something new has ended up being too difficult to implement or just failed. We have to realize that we're simply not clever enough to come up with any good solutions. The project will lie dormant until we hopefully some day come up with some new ideas on to how to solve some of the challenges.
How do you feel about exporting your characters to something like VAM?
I think its great you have a grand vision, and its a shame you cant currently realise it (no doubt you will in time) but have you considered focussing on little things for a while? things like sound design (more varied model sounds and maybe reactions, more toys (would love to see clamps and weights, x-moon productions has an implementation of this in their game, along with a bunch of other interesting ideas) and more locations (maybe a basement ;-)). Definitely not complaining this is easily the best bdsm VR game out there, But don't let perfection stand in the way of your awesome game, its the little details that make you feel immersed in VR and make it feel more real, when you first added marks to the game it took it from a 7 to a 10 pretty much strait away for me, I love the implementation of it, it added a whole new dimension. I think sound design would be a great thing to focus on, different voices, increasing intensity in pain/pleasure sounds in response to the players actions, whether they are gagged. And ambience is always an underappreciated immersion builder. And in the mean time new toys to play with always make things feel fresh. Anyway I'm rambling, your game is awesome and if you do nothing else with it, thanks for making it, good luck with whatever you choose to do next, if its something like this I hope you post it here so we can check it out.
"I'm impressed; this game is the best on the market. I haven't seen anything with such good graphics before; it looks incredibly realistic, and the characters look stunning. I've played probably all the games available on the internet, the rest have colors like from fairy tales, not from the real world. Great job, and the background outside the window is AMAZING!!! The best I've seen with this engine. I'm looking forward to the Unreal 5.2 jump :) or more. I suggest adding what you've created to Steam so that more people can see this project. I consider it the best one currently available.
I don't suppose you could update at least one thing? The smooth movement controls are a nightmare! Most games that I've played in VR have the left stick for strafing forward, backward, left, and right, while the right stick is used for turning/steering left or right. If you could do that, that'd be cool.
Just recently got this game and I think it is a lot of fun. However playing in the apartment feels sort of empty. It would be nice if there were some items that could be used around the place. An example is that there is some artwork and vases that you can pick up and some candles you can only knock over, but neither work for insertion games. A fork or electrical cord could work for torment.
It should be a minor update for objects for insertion games as it us just adding and placing some items with collision models, adding things like prods or wires will require reactions on the girls. (you may be able to use the shock wand but without the spark for most prods and the marks and reaction from the riding crop for a wire whip)
