Some new handling features have been added.
You can now grab the girls anywhere to lift or get them into position. Though the physics do have some quirks sometimes. To get the girls into squatting position, you still need to grab the highlighted balls at the wrist and pull down.
Another feature is the thighs and shoulders hold position. It can be triggered by holding the wrist or ankles at the highlighted balls and then pressing the menu or Y button. Grabbing the same place again will release the hold position.
The gurney has also got some grips for easier handling.
And then of cause Dr. Deviant has found his old gyno exam chair. It can be adjusted as shown in the video.
