Update I tried using the patch but I think I applied it wrong somehow and I can't even open the game. Going to Uninstaller and reinstall and try it again

Locations seem to be bugged, for example I use the map to travel to University, and it only displays the upper half of the school making me unable to access other areas.

I had it but I kept my saves in a file and deleted the version and wanted to add the saves can I!
I don't know what you mean by "kept your saves in a file" but no, the saves on mobile are saved with the game data - if you delete the game from your device you also delete your saves.
I mean I have to play the game again oh my god ππ
Sorry man, but yeah next time just don't delete the game and when a new version comes overwrite the old and it'll update and keep your saves
