Hey, guys.  Some Book of Lust concept art I was playing with in a stream a little while back.  An antagonist that I'm planning for the Thomas Dachi arc.
Buddy Hale is an old friend of the Grand Mayor.
 
Also, in case anyone's concerned about this getting political since there's a cop and a politician as antagonists.
I don't like when entertainment gets preachy.  It's more-so going to be about the political game rather than advocating for policy, kind of like House of Cards.
