Sketched this while on my horrendous camping trip, but finally got this idea out of my noggin and made it a reference sheet. "Future Cindy" or known by his birthname, Cynthus. Basicially, he has been alive for a very long time, long enough to fully master his time abilities, to the point of OP-ness.

Abilities:
•Can sense the sotobro effect
•Can manipulate the timeline so precisely, he could easily modify his or other's bodies.
•Can "unlink" from a timeline, causing them to not be affected by timeline changes.
•Pausing, reversing, and speeding up time
•Many more.
