Commission Rules & Terms
Hello everyone. Here are the rules and terms that will apply to anyone who pays for the exclusive Commission Tier for a personal story. If you do not understand these or have any questions about anything related to the tier, then please contact me ahead of the payment deadline so things can clarified!
Here are the basic terms for any story that I will do for you for the Commissioned story:
You must double check with me BEFORE the payment deadline that I will be able to write the story you want. I cannot offer refunds for those who submit an idea I am not comfortable with writing, and I reserve the right to refuse to do stories with kinks etc I am not comfortable with doing.
All characters in the story must be 18+. Aged up characters are acceptable (such as Pokemon trainers etc). Flashback sex scene with under age characters or any sort of workaround like that is not permitted.
You can decide the basic plot, what happens in the story, particular positions etc if desired. Or give the basics of what you'd want (Character A fucked by Character B and so on) and I'll flesh out the details.
I will not do only OC stories. I will use OCs but they should be opposite known characters/celebs etc.
I will not write any story that has extreme kinks I am not comfortable writing. Such as: Snuff, scat, gore, vore, limb loss, age play (including underage characters), diapers, heavy BDSM, torture, bestiality, extreme raceplay (racial slurs/racism). I reserve the right to decline ideas/stories that I am uncomfortable with writing or using.
I am OK with using some kinks that I usually don't write about, such as: lesbian only characters, furries, anthros, cuckold & cuckqueen.
I am happy to write out a story focusing on celebs, video games, movie or TV universes including anime, or comics/graphic novels including manga. I do not claim to be all knowledgeable about all forms of media, so I will expect you to help state any important character points for any series I am not familiar with. Links to particular episodes or wikis would be helpful!
The story I write for you will at the least be around the same sort of length as one of my normal stories. You will not be short changed with a one page, two paragraph story. A proper story with an intro, sex scene with a few positions, and an ending.
The story can even be a new chapter of an existing series of mine if you want an update to a particular series or a bonus chapter. But I am more than happy to write out a one-shot fic just for you.
Any commissioned story by you for me MUST be allowed to be later published both on this SubscribeStar page as well as elsewhere on the Internet should I decide to post it. The story will be posted out here and to my other channels at a later date (like a month or more after writing). However, the story can just be labelled as being 'by Anonymous' should you not wish your username to be attached to the public version. There is no requirement for your name, username or otherwise, to be put onto the story.
The author's decision is final in terms of both refusing any story idea pitched or in terms of the final written product. No refunds will be given for an idea that violates these rules, or for any reader who for whatever reason is unhappy with the final product.
I also reserve the right to cancel any planned commission and/or revoke membership of the commission tier at any time prior to the payment time. Being subscribed to the tier does not automatically grant you personal access to me or any exclusivity, so I cannot be expected to respond to any sort of repeated, consistent messaging in private. There is a difference between being friends with someone and a client-writer relationship. If you cannot understand that, I reserve the right to refuse to do business with you, including cancelling an agreed on commission.
Finally, if there is any confusion about these rules or any questions that you have then please contact me with a message or with a comment on this post and I will get back to you. I want us both to be happy with the end result after all!
