I can just see Starry hearing and looking at Raven, but continues eating the candy anyway 😄
AFAIK they are only illegal here in the US cause some idiotic parents failed to watch their kids as they ate them and then complained that their kids choked on the toy, its the parents fault for not watching their kids and telling them that there is a toy in there...............
