Comfort After a Phone Call: AsaGab Double Drabble


After getting off the phone with her grandmother, Asa couldn't help but secretly wished she stopped answering her calls but she knew she would always answer because she would always want to be the dutiful granddaughter. Once Gabby had gotten off the phone with Jin, she noticed how down Asa was looking, she frowned at the sight. 
"You know it's okay to stop taking her calls," Gabby didn't want Asa to feel obligated to talk to the older woman. It wasn't like she helped Asa a lot. 
"I do not wish to abandon her," Asa said after a few moments. 
"…Right…" Gabby didn't know what else to say as she didn't want to irritate Asa. However, it was clear that her words didn't bother Asa too much as the taller girl grabbed her so she could place her in her lap. "Asa!" The shorter girl bristled but when Asa gently pressed her lips against the back of Gabby's neck, the blonde-haired girl shivered at the gentle touch. 
"Just relax for me," Asa knew she didn't have to beg. All she had to do was just say what she wanted and Gabby would make it happen just for her—only for her.
