Voretober 2026 - "Spooky"

"What was that?! ...No, gotta calm down. Even the wind is spooking me out here..."

One never knows what lurks in the darkness, and some creatures can sneak up with surprising effectiveness despite their size... a strangely warm breeze, the sound of something slithering through the leaves, a slick wetness pooling around your feet...

Borrowing a prompt from Eka's Portal to just drop in on Voretober with a single bigger piece! I decided to go with the "Spooky month" theme, and back to my now-recurring practice of doing experimental pieces, a nameless character and nonspecific setting just for the fun of making something with a unique atmosphere to it.
