My experience so far
When I started animating a few months ago, I had zero knowledge on the matter. I downloaded StudioNeo just a few days before, for fun, to make an Asagi 3d fan art and.... I went straight into the rabbit hole 😅I was literally pressing random buttons to see what they did. Then little by little things started clicking.
The most important thing I learned, is that good animation has no shortcuts. You get better, but you also want to do better and, besides some little streamlining, time is the biggest weapon to have. Many times when starting a new scene, I thought that I wouldn't be able to do it, staring at the blank screen for minutes. It's like making a huge puzzle, when you see all the scattered pieces, you don't know where to start, but the more pieces you fit the easier it becomes. It's weird.
Now, a lot of people are using AI for creative stuff too. Regardless of the outcome, I find that boring and unimpressive. I get excited seeing exceptional people doing exceptional things, being animation, music or anything else really. That wow moment is irreplaceable for me, and if I'm gonna die on this hill so be it (thanks Studio Ghibli for this mindset ❤️).
Anyway, more to come...

I'm in a gray area when it comes to AI. I see it as a tool that can help, but you got people overly relying on it and it ends up looking half baked or something.
I'm generally fine when used as an assistant for tedious, repetitive tasks. But when it comes to creative works, nope.
