WIP Where were we? Ah yes, the new comic is progressing.
The set construction is almost finished; the protagonist’s room is still missing, and I need to refine the room you see in the images.
It’s immensely fun to build the set, to hunt for the damn props, the lights, the exteriors — all those details that, in my opinion, make everything more interesting and help the story.

Moving on to writing, I’m proceeding as usual: in layers. First I draft the scene, then I try to visualize it, then I refine the dialogue, then I look for the details… and then I start all over again. I’ve realized this method lets me find insights I wouldn’t have otherwise. Too bad it’s slow.
From what I can see, this will be a long story by my standards — it will definitely exceed 200 pages. We’ll see.
Stay hydrated. Summer is a state of mind.
