A short gameplay clip of Alyssa's introduction from The Velan Reach Chapter 1 (if you've played the game, you've seen this). I'm gonna try and sprinkle this and other clips around the internet and see if that can generate a little more exposure for the game.

I put this together using Clipchamp, which is an absolutely horrible application to use. If you know of another easy-to-use, free or cheap video editing tool you'd like to recommend, I'd be happy to hear it. I don't expect I'll be doing a lot of video editing, so simpler is better.
In LOML the girls are presented as your wards but they clearly have an implied role/relationship with the MC. I didn't get that vibe from Alyssa, but if you have a role in mind different from assistant, please let us know.
Oh no, I don't have any role in mind at all. After all, we wouldn't want to upset the almighty payment providers. But I noticed there are lewd patches out already, which is a risk (both in terms of running foreign code, and causing bugs that result in support calls to me), and to prevent people having to download iffy external code, the game will also allow you to modify the text fields and for instance change the 'mentor'/'assistant' roles to 'senior researcher'/'junior researcher', or anything else, if they feel that's a better fit for them to enjoy the story. Up to them, really, it's just text.
Bottom line: Mentor/Assistant should work just fine.
I am holding off on starting your new creation until there is more content (longer immersion in a new adventure) so I like this sneak peek! Thanks for the share.
