The Circuit of Sylvan Awakening

Deep within the oldest forest—where roots remember the shape of forgotten stars—she walks between two worlds.
They call her a druid, though the word no longer means what it once did.
Her staff was carved from a fallen branch of an ancient tree, but its heart pulses with something far older than wood—an intelligence buried beneath the soil long before elves first learned to listen to the wind. Through it, she hears both the whisper of leaves and the hum of hidden circuits threading the earth.
The forest is changing.
Vines now glow with coded light. Fireflies flicker in patterns that are not random. Even the trees lean, as if reaching toward something unseen—something waking.
She is not here to stop it.
She is here to guide it.
Bound in living metal and woven fiber, her body is a bridge—flesh and forest, instinct and design. The markings along her skin shift softly, translating the language of growth into something the machines can understand… and back again.
Tonight, the signal is stronger.
The forest is learning to think.
And she, its chosen voice, raises her staff—not to command—but to listen.
Because evolution has already begun.
