Dusting Duties… or Distracting the Master?

The grand hall of the mansion sparkled in the afternoon sunlight, but the maid with the fiery twin tails seemed far more interested in something else entirely.
She twirled the feather duster between her fingers and stepped lightly across the marble floor, her shoes tapping softly with each teasing step. The dusting had long since stopped being her focus.
“Oh dear,” she giggled, glancing over her shoulder toward the doorway. “Master, were you watching this whole time?”
She leaned slightly closer, lowering her voice to a playful whisper.
“I was supposed to be cleaning… but it’s hard to concentrate when someone keeps staring.”
With a mischievous smile, she gave the duster a little flourish in the air.
“Maybe I should keep dusting a bit longer,” she teased. “Unless… Master has a different task in mind for his favorite maid?”
The chandelier lights glittered above her as she waited, clearly enjoying every second of the distraction she’d created.
