Welcome + Commission Info: Addendum

Hello all! I thought I could provide some updates on my commission policy. I advise everyone read this as well all the previous version of this post in order to understand the context; https://subscribestar.adult/posts/2124371

Regarding Gen AI and My Art

• This should be a nobrainer, but you are NOT allowed to feed my artwork to any generative AI initiatives. If I find out you as a commissioner holds any modicum of support for GenAI and even plan to feed my artwork into it, I will cancel and refund the commission.

Copyright

• The commissioner has the right to post my art elsewhere so long as they credit me, the artist. I, the artist, also have the right to post the work publicly UNLESS SPECIFIED BY THE COMMISSIONER THAT IT REMAINS PRIVATE.
