Some Updates and Snake Tier Rules!

I apologize for my absence these past few days, it coincided with some holidays close to my birthday, so I was busy with my family. But when I had free time, I tried to make progress on some artwork and updates.
The updates are for the "Snake Huggy" tier, But it's good for everyone to read it because it's quite important.
.
The rules for the snake tier are set. It will be pinned along with the other rules in the info section of each platform.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
