Some backstory if you're interested: Sam initially lived in this apartment with a roommate that had to suddenly move out 4 years ago. Needing someone to make up rent, Jeremy applied and was the right fit to be able to move in. He had never lived with a woman before, but felt that if she was okay with it, he'd try to be as respectful as possible at all times. They have since become fast friends.
