The second gal is a bioroid "species" that I'm only starting to explore, and she's supposed to give off 50s/60s vibes while being both surly and officious. Her design is still pretty early, I may add some decorations like facial markings or something, I haven't decided.

I like the poofy sleeves =} what is a bioroid? Are they organic mostly? Something to set her different from the girl in the toga might be a more metallic feel to her skin. You've been doing some neat things with reflections and lens flares lately and maybe those effects could be interesting on skin? Maybe not. Idk... I do think she's very pretty and I like the up-do's you gave her.
Yeah, it might be too many blue girls in a row! Maybe an iridescent look would be fun, like a rainbow python.
