BONUS Update: Not one drop must be spilled
A long-term consequence of the nuclear accident in 2054 is that all of humanity suffers from a genetic defect in the Y chromosome. As a result, women on Earth are twelve times more likely to give birth to girls than boys. Over time, the male population shrank to less than 10%. Over time, the instincts of the rapidly growing number of human females broke through after facing increasingly fierce mutual competition for possible male mates. When, almost seventy years after the nuclear catastrophe, the turf wars between the females grew and threatened to escalate into a civil war, the World Government felt compelled to enact the Female Slavery Act of 2118. The essence of this law is that human females can be given slave status for a variety of reasons: These include any type of crime, poor genetic disposition, capture by licensed slave hunters, unlawful sexual activity with a male, female, or an animal sex partner, and many more.
Traditional human reproduction by the act of copulation is permitted only in an upright marriage between one husband and one or more wives. Otherwise, progeny is produced under controlled conditions using female slave material that has been specially selected as breeding cattle.
Of course, men are also allowed to satisfy their sexual needs with slave women - especially with pleasure slaves, who receive their own training for this purpose. However, it is essential that the man's genetic material does not remain in a body opening of the slave and is thus wasted. Rather, it is the obligation of every non-reproductive female in such a case to squeeze out every drop of the valuable semen and deliver it to specially set up collection points for processing in reproduction facilities. Violations of this obligation carry severe penalties.
