Yeah but I think he realizes that he will need the support of those like him to help him accept this new part of his life. And Felix knows this because he is still new to the Day Care Club also given how he was acting and what was said on the first and third pages. That is why Felix is so welcoming even though they were getting bullied a moment ago. Mason is in good hands although Felix may have to try a little bit to convince the others.
On one hand, Mason completely put himself in this situation by showing Dawson and Lars the Day Care Club to tease its members *and* stole their diapers in the process....but I also feel for him being in no-man's land at the moment; getting outted by the bullies as a secret bab, and now the babs don't even want him. I'm very interested to see if or how Mason explains himself to Felix, Mac and Sam.
