Character introduction: Liam Blackwood
Liam Blackwood is Ryke's 28-years-old undercover cop partner, who's been through thick and thin with Ryke over the years. The loss of Maggie and Richard at the hands of Cassie and Clyde, 5 years before the current events of Neuro/Splice, has left a scar in Liam and Ryke. Although arguably, the scar is deeper in Ryke due to his personal close relationship with Maggie, and Marie's close relationship with Richard.

We first meet Liam briefly in Chapter 1, and then in greater detail in Chapter 2. He is one of a few side-characters that will not play a huge part in the story after a certain threshold chapter, and there are no lewd scenes planned for him.
