📢 Regarding Subscribestar Going Forward
With Wicked Island now fully launched on Steam, all future updates and releases will be focused exclusively on the Steam version of the game. This means there will be no additional content or releases through Subscribestar moving forward.
Subscribestar will remain open as a way to tip or support the project voluntarily, but it will no longer offer any direct benefits—aside from having your name included in the game credits if you’re on the $20 tier.
I’ve made this decision because I don’t want to pressure anyone into paying more than they already have after purchasing the game. Supporting the game once is more than enough—and deeply appreciated.
Thank you all so much for the support you’ve shown throughout development. Wicked Island would not exist without your help, and I’m incredibly excited for everything still to come!

Well, there goes my chance. The game is unavaliable in Germany. How am I going to get the game now?
Maybe try asking via Discord if you could by a steam-key directly. You can still play the game an steam with a key!
I SEE ! I Think You should keep this as an Option Sure for those who want to keep supporting the Game, but more for a option for People who have it banned in their Steam-Store.
Steam is banning shit left and right because of some Karens in Australia so I would be leery of depending solely on that platform. Just my 2 cents.
I did a one time pledge, contacted the dev and immediately received my key and it works in Germany.
Thanks to the Dev.
Now I only need to download and start a new game.
I have learned about the game just shortly of the launch, so I had only been a 10$ subscriber for a month, but I have just purchased the game to show my support and appreciation for the developer. So many devs are using Steam as a bait to widen their subscription base, and don't even get me started on the whole "Star Citizen" scam... It is truly heartwarming to know there are still people who care about their game like RawDarkness here. Thank you for that as well as for your game.
Will there be multiplayer
I am writing this here, because I do not use Discord and I can't post a review or anything on Steam, since I am in Germany. I had some issues with crashes, both in the main release and open Beta. My GPU is an AMD Radeon 7900 XT. I read some old posts about AMD GPUs crashing in Unreal Engine games and found a solution for this, that is admittedly imperfect. If "Shadows" are turned to "low" in the grafics settings the crashes no longer happen. I tried this and had no crashes in either open Beta or Main release. If you could give this info on stream it will probably help many players with AMD GPUs. I hope this post reaches you.
