I might as well update on this part as it has been a bit of a kerfuffle lately.
Yes. I AM the original creator of Hole House. No, I do not currently have ownership of it as DotArtNSFW STOLE it from me. He helped create it at the start. He was then given control of the IP on the CONDITION that Gloria was in it, as well as making content including her every now and then. He has broken ALL verbal contracts. Repeatedly.
Yes. I should have kept a closer eye on it. But, what can you do? After he was found guilty of multiple accounts of perjury during Patreon's deposition, and they waved it off as it makes them money. I've kinda lost faith in the legal system. As, on paper: He agreed to do a thing. He lied and refused to do it. He covered up his crimes multiple times. And when caught: His argument basically boils down to "Yes. I didn't pay rent for 18 months. But I have moved out now. So WHY should I have to pay back rent? I don't live there anymore!". And he GENUINELY thinks this is a flawless argument. I mean, Jebus Chrystler... one of his arguments has LITERALLY been "It has never been in the game. I deleted it last month and replaced it once I got scared I might get caught.". With a straight face.
But, at least it does now explain why he got angry every single time I mentioned I created the game. As it made it harder for his lies to take hold. In a way, it's funny that on my side: I have the alpha, beta and a handful other versions. 5 years of chat logs. Irrefutable evidence that I created the IP. Him CONFESSING that I created it. Had a hand in it. Evidence that it's not even his art or animation in many cases. Proof of him committing perjury. And on his side... He has a "I deleted EVERYTHING before 2024, te-he!".
I swear, it's like some kids cartoon where they walk in on the guy burning the evidence. Except, I didn't expect it WOULD work in real life. Yet, here we are. I've been proven to be in the right in every single area. BUT: Unless I pony up $50000 in legal fees, they WILL ignore it. Because they can. Truly, peak capitalism.
