SubscribeStar June 2025 Notice

All characters that are, or appear to be underage, is no longer allowed on this platform, along with fringe themes like incest, rape, bestiality, etc. This means I will not be able to upload any such content, so any said content will be exclusive to my off-platform website. For SubscribeStar's prohibited content policy, click here.

I will not be canceling the main comics I was previously uploading here.

I will continue to upload content free to my website, but I will not be able to publish it here. There is simply the possibility that I may need to reduce production of that work to add something else into my schedule that can be posted onto this platform in order to maintain an income.

I will not be attempting any methods to circumvent SubscribeStar's, or any other platform's rules.

I know a lot of people are suggesting I do things, like just post links here to password protected files on other platforms, but that is not a rules compliant strategy. I will always make an honest attempt to follow the rules as established, which is why despite all of my removals from platforms over the years, I still maintain the option to return to any of them so long as I continue my efforts to follow the rules. Deliberate violations are the quickest way to eat permanent bans, which is not something I am looking to do.

I have looked at many other platforms.

I am open to comments and suggestions for platforms, but do note before making suggestions that I am very well aware of Pixiv FanBox, Patreon, Unifans, Ko-Fi, and DeviantArt Subscriptions. The only two I am considering as of this point are Unifans and surprisingly DeviantArt, because they seem to have the same content policies that SubscribeStar now has, and are also much less intrusive towards cross-linking platforms than a service like Fanbox or Patreon. If I am going to use other platforms alongside SubscribeStar, I would rather be able to post the same content among all platforms than be dealing with different limitations.

Also keep in mind that cryptocurrency is not a viable front-end option in the way that many people seem to think it is, so it is not an alternative option for me. Crypto only works as a bypass with underhanded tactics like creating multiple wallets and posting them in message boards with a link to a password for a file in an obscure private server. That is not the kind of business I want to be delving into.
