• the entire process of submission and voting is done in Discord, you can head over there with the given link.

• at the final week of each month, Manifestors ($10 subscribers) can submit a character of their choosing, and the top 10 pick will be put into the preliminary voting.

• the preliminary voting starts at the week after submission and lasts for the entire week. the final voting starts after that and lasts for a day. the final voting includes the top 3 pick from the preliminary voting.

• the preliminary voting allows for multiple choices, while the final voting does not. a Manifestors' vote counts as 3 votes.

• after the final voting, the 1st place will be drawn as that month's exclusive content for the 2nd week, with the runner-up character for the 3rd week. the 3rd place will be included as exclusive content for the 4th week (this is subject to change depending on my availability on said month).
