Terms and Conditions

♥ Payment
  • Payment through KO-FI / Paypal Invoice only
  • UPFRONT PAYMENT. Commission will start after payment.
  • There will be NO refunds. However, if I am unable to finish the piece, I will cancel and refund it.
  • All prices stated are for personal use ONLY.
  • Commercial use will have extra charge. Please state beforehand.
  • In case I am not able to draw it, I have the right to refuse the commission!
  • Tips are greatly appreciated!

♥ Illustration
  • A4 size | 3508 x 2480px | 350dpi (If landscape/portrait is not stated, I will draw it according to what I think suit best. You can also request canvas size beforehand)
  • Revisions will be made in sketch,3 times MAX.
  • No rush commissions. I may take up to two months to complete, depends on how complex it is and your queue. 
  • If it is a rush commission and have a tight deadline, there will be a 50% price total charge, and will be given priority.
  • Commissioned work must be okay to be posted in public.
  • I will update you about WIPS through Twitter/Discord.
  • You can post the commissioned piece in your social media and use it, but do not claim the work as yours.
  • I will NOT use your commissioned work for commercial purposes.
  • Do not use for NFT, or training for AI
  • For OC: I am not open for design-from-scratch commissions. Please provide clear photos of references. A character sheet commission is accepted.


○ I'm good at drawing:
  • Men
  • Sexual content
  • Dark art / eroguro
  • Expressive faces
  • P/S: I might have trouble drawing certain kinks or fetishes, feel free to ask me first.

○ I won't draw:
  • Characters with very young physiques. 
  • Real people with NSFW content
  • Real people ships
  • Offensive content
  • Very complex BG (Architecture, etc)


♥ Commission process:
  1. You will tell me the commission details including amount of characters, picture references, concept, et cetera. The more detailed the better. It’s best to send a list to avoid confusion!
  2. If I am able to draw it, we will have more discussion. Then, total price is given and payment is made.
  3. I will send you the sketch(es). You can ask for 2 major changes (new angle, etc) and a couple of small revisions at this point.
  4. I will send you final sketch after the revisions. You can still ask for minor revisions.
  5. If everything is good, I will start with the actual drawing.
  6. During the updates that I will give you as I draw, it is possible to ask very minor revisions (such as facial expression)
  7. Final rendered work will be sent.

NOTE: Due to the increased training of AI, I will also send an Anti-AI filtered version of the art for you if you'd like to post on social media. Please use it instead!♥


♥ Pricing:
Since every commission is custom, prices may vary depending on what you’d ask for. Factors such as the amount of bodies, accessories, composition will be taken into account. Please send references of what you'd like to be drawn when requesting!
 
○ Rendered Painting:
Starting from 120USD. Maximum body per canvas: 3
Price will usually range between 120USD to 400USD+ + 

○ Lineart:
Starting from 60USD. Maximum body per canvas: - - (Depends on composition)
Price will usually range between 60USD to 300USD+ + 


NOTE: 
- Stating your budget beforehand will be appreciated! That way, I can suggest and customize the piece to your liking and benefit both of us.

- Due to increasing amount of ghosting, I will be blocking users with no confirmation after 3 days to allow myself better scheduling. Please inform me if you'd like more time to think! This also doesn't affect anyone who doesn't want to proceed even after securing a slot IF they inform me!
