Cynthus ref sheet.
Doing another round of ref sheets w/ some tweaks and redesigns.
Cynthus now sports a non-gardevoir outfit! His time powers now come with a drawback I find interesting: Since heat comes from atoms moving about, freezing time should make the enviroment very frigid (but not insanely because magic).
His gardevoir dress has been redesigned to fit him a bit better!
I'm still keeping w/ the lore that gardevoirs are bird-like, covered in a thin layer of fuzzy down.
