ok i will admit that im not really a fan of equestria girls, it just seems like a nonsensical attempt to expand the franchise in a not really interesting way...
i mean, i get that a lot of people like to draw humanized versions of the ponies in the internet, but does that really merit a whole new franchise where they are humans?? also, sunset is an incredibly pathetic villain with unclear motivations and a really dumb plan, and moondancer is really the superior version of the 'apathetic nononsense no social life loner' trope that sunset didnt really even pull that well off in the first place
BUT WHAT I DID LIKE ABOUT EQUESTRIA GIRLS WERE THE DAZZLINGS
i just wish we could have seen more of them in their actual siren form but im content with their movie, that one was the one badass equestria girls movie
