Update v0.2 alpha

Hi everyone! A new month - a new Head Game update!

This update continues to focus on making the gameplay easier to control and more accessible. Changelog:

Female now moves to closest penis when using shift key to toggle lock-on mode on
Fixed defiance breaking lock-on-penis
Changed behaviour of space bar from hold to toggle
Girl starting to resist no longer stops playback
Defiance now immediately drops when penis leaves mouth
Added Lock Buttons to resistance sliders
Reduced rate at which throat intro resistance decreases by 33%
Escape button now closes all open windows. With no windows open, escape button will open exit dialog
Fixed coughing not working with penis in mouth
Fixed lag between dick entering mouth and jaw opening
Fixed morphs going crazy when adding clothes in character editor
Removed length sliders for arms, legs, feet and face, as they would mess with animations
