New HS2 Character: Heather Wright

An adorable runaway with a tragic past. She's managed to survive in a harsh city by her wits and talent alone, but still struggles to get by. Rejected by society and ignored by the system, she has developed a set of unique skills complimented by natural ability that could make her a valuable asset to a clandestine organization, but that's a long way off from where she is now. Will she find the sanctuary she needs to become the greatest thief of all time or will she become another tragic statistic of the society that failed her?
