I started the piece in a sketchpad, and moved it over to my tablet to do the majority of the coloring. I finished it up in Krita. It's a clunky workflow, i really miss my old Photoshop, but I'm not buying a monthly subscription at this time for Adobe CC, and the high seas are always dicey. Last time I grabbed something, it compromised my PC in a dramatic way, so I... am gun shy lol. For now though, I like the end result look, so it's okay. Just slower.

This isn't a pity post, just an explanation of what's been going on. I want to be better about being transparent, I'm goddamn ancient by today's standards and I think I've maybe said enough words to fill a single onahole. Twitter/X's deluges makes me blush.
SO. about 2 months ago, my wife and I discovered she had cancer. It was pretty rough, but thankfully we caught everything early enough to stop things from getting real, real dark. She has since survived the procedures, and we are in the oncoming literal years of post cancer treatment. It's been a really wild series of humbling beatings. Even as we have won, we have still lost a bit. I don't wanna go into it. But the shortest version I think anyone needs to hear is, I was spending a couple months helping, dealing, mourning to a degree, and coming to terms with new reality. Some other factors slowed me down as well, but they were of the personal melty variety so nothing new there.
And then it took a couple days to draw this. :P

To earn more, I need to produce more, so after I put this up and check work emails, I will go back to drawing something fresh. Oh, I'm also adding another image here, something I did for a friend, something for fun that a few of you like-minded freaks may enjoy. Wonderful work! Also yeah very understandable, it sucks having a loved one get it, but at least you guys were lucky enough to catch it early, not late! Nobody deserves to go through with that.
I'm so sorry to hear that news man. Hope your wife makes a full recovery and that you both see happier days yet. But in the meantime, very nice art!
Yeah TXitter's an unreliable loose cannon right now, no telling if it's fine with adult content one day, permaban the next, and all while censoring your media posts even from other adult content loving profiles.
