Strongest 4* WIP #10.5

I was thinking on it a bit more and the reason why I had so much fun doing Xinyan's clothes. It's because she's one of my favorite characters, like in gaming, animation, visual media in general as a whole, she's in the top 5. Just food for thought, I guess.
