Version 0.4.0 is finally done and available for everybody! Thank you for your support and patience!
If you find any bug/typo, please let me know and I'll try my best to fix it ASAP.

  • ~560 new renders

  • 10 New story events:
  • - 3 new main events
  • - 1 new Kaede event

  • Old common events scenes were reworked to fit the new style

  • Changed 2 old soundtracks to better fit the theme

0.4.0 Visual Improvements

G'day or night everybody.
Upcoming version 0.4.0 of Love Castaways, besides story events, will feature a few visual improvements regarding older events.

(A detailed list of all changes with comparison can be found in the Itch.io post )

Another 6 replayable events have been changed:
- Bar weekend
- Library
- Archery range
- Gym weekend
- Mall
- Convenience store

As stated on Itch.io: All older events will receive a full rework as well as new story events that will make a build-up more believable. I have yet to decide whether or not I will do it in one go or just like now - in small parts.

Improvements and changes in 0.4.0


G'day or night everybody.
Upcoming version 0.4.0 of Love Castaways, besides new story events, will feature small visual and quality-of-life changes for the character menu.
(A detailed list of all changes can be found in the new Itch.io post )

The entire menu was rebuilt to feature bigger, higher-quality images and lock characters that weren't seen yet. Their menus will become available after finishing the first event that would introduce that character.

Besides the reworked menu, the first in-game event will also receive rework regarding graphical quality and small script changes. I will rework 1 or 2 old events that suffered the most at the beginning of game development while still focusing mostly on new story events.
