Just writing a little wellness post
I've been slacking a bit but I took yesterday to Reset myself, got a bunch of house chores finished up and today I'm taking it easy so I will be refreshed on Monday.
Let this be a sign to you all, if you're not getting any work done try to look around and see what you've been ignoring in place of "work". I was ignoring my personal cleanliness in my work space. Once I get my desk all pretty I should be feeling focused enough to do my work.
I want to hear it from you guys, what are some of the things you struggle with when you're down or feeling a depression relapse ?
For me, I struggle keeping my bed room and desk clean, once those get too messy, everything else falls apart.
