An Update on me (And a clarification on "Moving on from GushyGuts")
Hey you guys! To start off I want to say thank you so much for your support here. I know you didn't get much content, definitely less than I wanted to provide for you, but If its any consolation, the funds I got from here helped me pursue my own ideas when I was really trying to figure myself out at the beginning of this year and I actually wrote a treatment for a movie with the time that you provided me. What you have given me here has not been for nothing but as I am sure you have seen on my accounts from February, I also realized in that time that I needed to pursue the art I am most passionate about.
Using Substar and Patreon was an attempt for me to find a way to "make vore work". I have no issue with the fandom or what I have created with GushyGuts but the art that calls out in my mind, that has always called out, just doesn't include vore. I was trying really hard to keep doing what I was doing while also growing the skills I would need for my big ideas but in the end I just kept starting and promising art ideas with art forms I was interested in but mainly with the intent to please my GushyGuts followers. This lead to me convincing myself that doing this would "eventually" benefit my big ideas by gaining skill even if it wasn't the ideas themselves. However I always ended up never committing because my heart just wasn't in it.
Im not fully sure what will happen with GushyGuts in the end, but I feel a sense of freedom and drive that I have lacked for a long time. And its starting to show with my ability to get things done going up massively. I'm excited for the future and your support here and of my art in general has allowed me to reach this point in my life more than you may know!
So thank you again for your support over these years. I will not be offended if you choose to cancel your subs here as I'm not sure if I will be making dedicated content here after all but know that what you have given was most definitely not wasted and really gave me the time to find myself <3
