All of the new characters are in the gallery now. I may add some additional side characters later on.

Escape Artist finished the main loop of the animation for Lena's h-scene last night and only has the last section of the animation left which should be done tonight. We're running about a day behind the last estimate so the 0.16a release will probably be pushed out to a weekday. Lena's new h-scene is really good so far. Not just the animation but how everything is coming together. Between the new writing style, better use of sprite and camera movement, the new background, and a really good composition for the animation everything feels really solid. We'll be livestreaming the last of the artwork for the h-scene today on Discord.

Story-wise things will only be slightly less disjointed in 0.16a than they were in 0.15a. Major plot points are still being shuffled around and rewritten and it'll probably continue to be like that until we start the romance path for each main character. We're also planning to add an additional h-scene for Eryn that takes place before the one we added in 0.15a to help with flow. The revamp to the early game also has a long way to go and only the day 1 rewrite will be included in this release.

I'd hold off on replaying the whole game and instead make a save at the point where you decide who to go to the festival with so that you have a launch point to explore the paths in act-2 over the next few updates. The new Lena scene will only be available if you followed her path during the festival although in later updates there will be other routes to get there.

EDIT - Slight change in plans, we're taking part of today to make the boob movement look better in the animation since it looks a bit stiff. Escape Artist is spending some time watching a few tutorials. I'll make a post with a before and after side by side when she's done. Version 0.16a release will be NLT next weekend with a strong probability of 0.15b before then.

Version 0.16a is just about done. At this point it we're still on track for March 31st but there's always a chance that we could still hit a snag with the animated scene. We should have a clear idea by Friday night which is when Escape Artist should be wrapping up. There aren't that many faces for me to animate in the scene she's drawing now so 1-2 days to get it all added in seems like a safe bet. Version 0.15b wound up being more closely tied into 0.16a that we initially planned. I'm probably just going to bundle it into 0.16a at this point but I'm still not ruling out a possible separate release a day or two before 0.16a.
