Well here we are! Finally doing the first beta release of Devious World!
(If I'd been less out of it last week I might have thought to do the public release that Friday, but I was too spaced from lack of sleep to realize how close it was to the first. I also wanted to get more written today, but things out of my control decided I was not to be allowed to focus.)
Anyway! I had a lot of good ideas over my vacation, most of which started in Devious World, but Mundanity wound up getting most of the focus with Michika (and her spinoff daughter Michiyo), and then right at the end with some new stuff for Kona. In all:
Devious World:
- Main: Buddy staying in on Christmas Eve has a new early branching point.
- Main: Continuing with Cass as the "strongest futa alchemist".
- Main: Cass can also stick with what she knows after trying the Espresso and Eggnog coffee pods. (Short.)
- Main: Layla has another school option when her father gets transferred.
- Main: Cyan can check her Steam discovery queue after deciding to stay on the computer.
- Main: Cyan can tell the shop girl at Stuff You Need she wants something adventurous.
Devious Mundanity:
- Main: Michika has a new retrieval job
- Main: Michika can say she thinks she fell asleep after her "session" at the Hex Clinic.
- Main: Kona can now choose Paladin from her class cards. (Check the images folder for pictures of her friends.)
Michiyo is also available as a starting option under Michika.
