You are a young man working for a faceless corporation. Your sole pursuit: a promotion that would let you upgrade your tiny apartment and your lot in life. Then, Erika enters your world—the sexy, sassy coworker whose face could melt gold.

Pursuing her leads to a fateful night of bad choices. You drive home drunk, nearly flatten a pregnant mother, and try seducing the buxom cop who arrested you. Facing six months in jail, you accept an alternative “Empathy Sentence.” The judge’s decree: live twelve months as a woman. Next thing you know, you’re given the first of several injections that transform your body from male to female.
