[NSFW] Knowing that Caballeron is about to steal the Golden Horsecock idol, Daring Do sneaks into the temple of the fertility goddess to steal it first. To protect it. (It belongs in a museum!) Unfortunately for her, the temple isn't as abandoned as it seems, and the temple's vestal virgins were in the middle of a fertility chant just when Daring Do dropped into the middle of the circle. With so much strong magical energy suddenly having a target, Daring Do didn't stand a chance. [All] Seeking Opinions on Unifying the Monthly Vote

I'm thinking about having just one vote per month, rather than two. With both furry and pony stories competing together in that vote.

Because these days, it seems all I ever have time for is working on the monthly voted stories. Besides more 'legit' fiction, screenwriting, and trying to get into 3D animation, which I never seem to have enough time for, there's also all the other pony and furry stories I want to do but never seem to have time for. Finishing up old, long-unfinished stories, working on commissions, maybe even entering a contest or two... I'm not necessarily looking to write less pony and furry fic, but I'm kind of looking to move to a schedule that's more tenable, that doesn't constantly make me feel like I'm running behind and leaving important things unfinished in the background, because the monthly stories have to be done on time, so they always take precedence over everything else.

But I realize that would be taking away some of the control you guys are accustomed to having over what gets written, so I want to get your opinion on it first.
