the barbies certainly never expected mattel to go beyond her normal mold to make the toys; they'd all always looked the same with tiny waists, wide hips, moderate boobs, and long thin legs - that was just the barbie brand! thats what barbie was!

of course though, with the changing times, mattel wanted to show that barbie was still just like every other woman, and thus decided to expand the line to plus sized barbies! Chubby Barbie, Fatty Barbie, Obese Barbie - and not just as normal human barbies! But Fairy barbies and mermaid plus sized barbies too! Any barbie can be a plus sized barbie if mattel deems it so!

for this events i like to use palettes that i've saved in my procreate instead of the character's actual colors but i actually had a color palette was was exactly her colors so of course i used it!

and obviously i had to sneak in a lil belly on this because thats what i do so enjoy chubby mermaid chili!

today's word reminded me of that one ep of american dad where roger brings burning man to the smith's backyard and francine and stan go all out in it after stan sees francine hula hooping (to be honest most of my fave eps are the ones where stan and francine act as a couple, wether positively or negatively)

ALRIGHTY PEOPLE ITS TIME FOR THE MERMAY

i've actually never participated in the mermay before so im pretty excited for this! i've never tried to draw a mermaid in any feedism or nsfw content before so im sure some of this entries will be interesting to see :')

i'll try to use both my oc's and the different franchises i've made content of, see if we can make a lil of everything, but we'll see what we end up with!
