Kalyskah is an Adult Action-Adventure Role-Playing Game where you control Kalyskah Karnstein, a noble lady of a long-dead vampire family who wakes up after thousands of years of slumber. What awaits her awakening is a world that has changed for the worse. It is up to you, the player, to help our heroine (or anti-heroine, if that is your choice) fight back or embrace the chaos and gain back control of her lost powers and abandoned followers. The game features an immersive combat system with RPG elements, an open world where you can experience quests with multiple endings and occasional interactive sex scenes, for those who play their cards right...
The open-world is under development and it's getting new quests and enemies as we work on the game.ย
In our current demo, the player controls Kalysakh as she makes her way through a linear dungeon. We are working on the surface world of the RPG, where Kalyskah ends up after fighting enemies and solving puzzles throughout the dungeon. The world we aim to present will provide players with quests and freedom to explore. Initially, this will mean a small area outside the initial dungeon, however, we will be increasing the explorable region with steady updates that will come once every two months. Our 25$ subscribers have access to scripts and uncut voice dialogues before they are implemented on the game, the $10+ patrons always have access to the latest game demos, and the 5$ subscribers have access to the latest demo one month after its release and participate in debates that will help us to shape the final product and also have access to NSFW screenshots of WIP pictures of the gameโs development. The public version will be one or more steps behind the latest demo version. If you are not a subscriber, you can download the public demo by following this LINK. But we recommend you to get it through the itch app since it will auto-update the game when you have a new version to download. If you are a subscriber, we'll be monthly releasing posts here with demos of the game for you to download through google drive. The latest download link is this HERE.

We aim to make a deep RPG experience, with an immersive world and a plot that puts every interaction into context, including sexual encounters which will flow naturally from the dialogue. We want everyone to be able to play and enjoy the game for its gameplay, regardless of whether they are actually interested in the NSFW part of our project.

Merishya's armour is very very close to being done. The retopology and baking of normal maps are completed, now the team only need to texture her to add the feel of metal and leather.
In the meantime, we are improving some animations and optimizing the game's UI.

Correction: Henrysson actually won the male character poll!
Hello everyone!
I just realised that while writing the charts, I forgot to add Henrysson to it and he actually won the poll on the male characters. So I added him to the list I did on the last post and will leave Rulfio for last to implement in case we have time to (we probably won't)
I wanted to share with you the results of the poll we ran both here and in our Patreon. Here are the female characters that were voted: And the Male Characters: So I was thinking about the results and realised that there are two characters that I shouldn't have actually added to the poll: Merishya and Ilreth. Merishya would need to be there anyway after the player takes her out of the prison in the dungeon. And Ilreth... well, we did invest a lot on her clothing and weapon not to have her appearing in the Garden now ๐
James shouldn't be in the garden as well because while writing the dungeon I realised that... Kalyskah is going after him during that stage of the game, if she saw him there she would probably make a bloodbath.
For the others, we are selecting from the most voted and here's the list we came up with so far:
Merishya: Your friendly neighbourhood succubus, only available at the end of the dungeon so we will write her dialogues last;
Catherine: The protagonist of the game Rise of the White Flower, who will be there studying erotic books!
Ilreth: The artificer elf that seems to have a taste for pain;
Jessie: The easily-impressed-by-gold nurse who seems to have a secret kinky life;
Gabriela: The half-elf vampire that mounts an Imp (I'll see what we can do about the Imp but we might need to add him only after the Steamfest);
Heather: The French vampire that has a heart of gold;
Eckhart: The mean bandit lord that is plotting to take over Millhaven;
Maynard: The honourable... but still violent current leader of Millhaven;
Rulfio: The experienced warrior that will probably be there to make sure Maynard is protected.
The others will be added in time, and we might not be able to finish writing all the dialogues in time for the Steamfest, so we'll probably work in a ratio of 2 female characters, then one male, then two other females and so on.
I hope you enjoyed the selection, and as time goes by we'll be adding new characters to it.

Here I show some progress on Kalyskah's improved default hairstyle, more progress we've made on Merishya's armour and finally, and also the Raw Videos of our Mocap session!!!. Later on, I'll edit it to make a fancy trailer of what we worked on, but our Royal Blood patrons will be able to see every animation we recorded on that day. Every penny we make is aimed towards improving our game. Our goal is to release, by June, the best and most stable demo we possibly can, and if everything goes right, this will be our first release on Steam. But our current budget is making it hard for us to squeeze in some updates on the User Interface and also make the voiceover for new dialogues we are planning. So if you can help us on this journey, upgrading your tier this month would allow us to hire freelancers to boost the speed on this final sprint before we show our face for the first time on Steam and bring our project to a new era! We are not forgetting about our Vampire-Tier patrons this month either! By the end of May we plan to release more content for the small Unreal Engine 5 demo we did last month and also fix\improve the mechanics that were a bit broken on the last update.
Hopefully, by then, we will also have the new combat done and spread some neat enemies for you to fight! Also, if our budget allows it, we want to hire a freelancer to update the skin of the undead we used to have on the Legacy Demo to make them look more like starving vampires. So this is yet another reason for us to ask for your help boost our patron this month! ๐
