Yet more v0.3.5.5 progress...
Hello again!
Hello again!
The preview version of 0.3.5.5 still isn't ready yet, but it will definitely be out before the end of this next week. I know I'm not supposed to give release dates anymore, but it's taking me so long to get this version out that I'll release v0.3.5.5 before the end of next week even if it's not 100% ready.
With that out of the way, I once again wanted to let you know what I've been working on this week. As I said I would in last Friday's post, I've been writing the content for Axel's quest, but before I got through too much of it, I got side-tracked by going back and updating all of the random encounter dialogue to take into account companions being forcibly transformed. Updating the dialogue nodes for each of these encounters took a while, but I finished it off this evening, and will go back and get Axel's quest finished over the weekend.
Sorry that it's taking me a while to get this release out. I'll maintain the "no release dates" plan up until v0.3.6, but after that I might go back to setting semi-fixed fortnightly release estimates, as I feel as though this isn't working very well...
Innoxia, I'm going to be a self-entitled prick here and tell you something contrary. I like this new system of you going hey here's what the progress is. Fixed release dates are nice with full teams and observable production rate. It's fine not having either of those. I am contributing for the game's creation not for weekly product releases. Ulitmately do what works best for you but I wanted you to know one asshole's opinion who giving you money. Keep up the awesome work and thank-you.
