Clarifying and Discussing Rewards

As this SubscribeStar is still in its infancy, I'm mostly playing things by ear, and tweaking stuff to find what works.

Future Reward Ideas:

I'm starting small, but want to expand rewards if we get into a rhythm and I find more resources available to me.

Here's some ideas I've had so far--I welcome feedback or other suggestions!
-Community polling for one of my scheduled pieces each month.
-Another subscription tier or one-time-donation reward for giving input on my long-term projects (like a certain shot you'd like to see in a comic, or an ending in a choose-you-own-adventure visual novel), I'll need to think on this one--planning opportunities won't appear every month.
-Streams if I can get a setup that isn't a duct tape nightmare that can only see anything when the sun is in the west.
-A Nightmares and Gay discord server (public, but maybe a free alternative to Picarto for subscriber-only streams? I assume cultivating and moderating it will take significant effort though).

Current Rewards in Detail:

My descriptions are a bit vague so I want to be as transparent as I can here about what I'm aiming to deliver

Scheduled Art Queue: I am aiming for minimum of 2 new pieces a month, posted here at least 4 weeks earlier than the public. Most finished pieces go in the queue, but not everything (e.g. Timely pieces or those done for other people might be uploaded immediately). Also note people may post pieces I made for them as gifts or commissions before I have, but I'll try not to count these towards the minimum when I can help it.

Scheduled Art Behind-the-scenes:
My sketches aren't great, so this will most commonly be lineart in ink or pencil posted before I paint, or process pictures. I'm also open to providing higher res images, but I haven't found that a very compelling reward in the past and I'm limited to 5MB images. I'd take a wild-ass-guess that 1/3 - 1/2 of pictures will have some sort of extra or WIP?

Project Previews:
The final product won't be published here any sooner than elsewhere. But for helping fund the creation you'll get updates and extras along the way, such as getting comic pages as they're finished, getting test builds for games, seeing concept art, etc. I'm loosely aiming for an update a week, but that's a number I pulled out of nowhere so it's subject to change.
Also, certain previews essential for announcements, advertising, or testing will be publicly available--such as comic covers, or limited game demos.

Sharing Guidelines:
I'm not a stickler, I welcome you sharing individual early-access pieces you're excited about with individual people (I will do the same with close friends), but please do not openly distribute or publicly post them before I do. If I made a piece for you this doesn't apply--you can always share your gifts and commissions right away (though I try not to count these towards the queue anyway).

If you have any questions or suggestions for rewards, let me know in messages or comments!

In short--guys, just talk to me about shit. I scarcely know what I'm doing with these subscription platforms so I'll be trying stuff out and relying on your feedback to improve it. I can't please everyone, but I at least want to know how most people feel.
