Monotober Day 18 - Noir
I had something fairly ambitious planned for this, because weekend, right? But then in true work from home style, I got a couple of things to do from work. Since that scene will take too much time in terms of posing, dforce, then rendering, I dropped it all together and went for something simpler.
This one is based off the poster for Gilda (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gilda), but I didn't have a wrap that would look like that when posed, so I gave her a shotgun instead. Same thing, right?
*** Artist's Notes ***
The last time I tried Nathanomir 's desaturation render, I ended up with spooky eyed VG, since her irises and sclera rendered at the same amount of grey. So, this time, instead of making her eyes grey, I made it blue. Problem solved. This also rendered quite fast
