Hey everyone; 
 
 Sorry I have been so inactive lately, here is a huge update for you all. 
 
 so early in the Fall, I started a new job at a call center in my province, working for Customer Care for Bob's discount furniture. 

I worked the phones for a few months and I found the calls extremely draining and setting off my anxiety, but I worked through it as I wanted to move into a position where I'm off the Phone and works to my strengths. 
 
 Anyone who knows me would know at times I'm better at text messaging and Instant Messaging systems. 

I've been helping leads with chat rooms with simple Questions with warranty, support, and who to reach out to when they are busy. 

So after a bit of helping the Chat rooms, many of the other leads reaching out and giving me a good word, earlier in the week I was trained for the Bob Bot System. 

So the Bob Bot system is a system that allows customers to Text message an agent in real-time to get assistance right away bypassing the Call Queue. 

Because since Covid-19 hit, the call queue's have been a nightmare, to give an example, when the day gets busy, It's very common for the system to get overloaded and start dropping calls or in many cases booting customers back into the Call Queue while talking to an agent. 

That and It's VERY common for Customers to wait on hold for 1+ hours for an agent and the call back feature sometimes drops callbacks. 

So after I was trained for the Bob Bot system, they threw me into it one day and within a few hours of being eased into the system, I was doing 5+ Tickets at a time keeping up with agents who were on the system since launch, needless to say after that day I was put on the bot system full time starting on Monday. 
 
 My schedule will change, but I'm off slightly earlier so I can get more done, and I'm not as drained when I am done with the chats like I am with the Phones. 
 
 So hopefully when I get myself in this new rhythm, I can work on more side projects, get my finances under control and save up to have a few plans put into motion. 

I'm sorry I haven't been as active lately or if I seemed drained or not as happy or cheerful as I normally am, I'm hoping this will change now that I'm working on a system I am better suited for.
